India thrashed Pakistan by six wickets in their Super Fours match in the Asia Cup 2025 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday.

Abhishek Sharma notched up his first fifty of this Asia Cup and stitched a 105-run opening-wicket partnership with Shubman Gill which laid the foundation for India’s 172-run chase.

The Suryakumar Yadav-led side jumped to the top of the Super Fours standings with the comprehensive victory. It faces Bangladesh next on Wednesday.
