Prithvi Shaw once again starred with the bat for Northamptonshire in the One-Day Cup.
The right-hander scored 72 runs off 59 balls with the help of one six and 10 boundaries against Worcestershire on Sunday, August 4. Shaw shared a 108-run partnership with Ricardo Vasconcelos for the opening wicket.
It was his third consecutive fifty in the 50-over tournament. Shaw recently scored 97 (71) against 76 (58) against Durham and Middlesex, respectively.
Shaw has become one of the leading run-getters in the tournament, scoring 294 in five innings at an average of 58.80. The Mumbai batter is only behind Sol Budinger (297) and Ben Slater (296).
